Qualifications

• Experience delivering low-latency alarm ingestion and correlation.
• Knowledge of canonical alarm schemas and topology mapping.
• Strong background in high-throughput, event-driven design.
• Familiarity with IEC 61968/61970 CIM and ISA-18.2/IEC 62682.
• Experience with flood control, deduplication and escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own the alarm management ingestion, correlation and rationalization-engine implementation.
• Define canonical alarm schemas, asset/topology mapping and protection-sequence rules.
• Deliver low-latency processing for SCADA, ADMS, protection relay and IED events.
• Implement flood handling, duplicate reduction, chattering detection, suppression and shelving controls.
• Lead performance tuning for more than 200 alarms per second, with quick operator guidance.
