Motherson Technology Services Limited is looking for a Lead Auditor at Noida to drive internal and external QMS audits across multiple sites. You will plan, execute, and close audits, manage documentation, and coordinate with certification bodies to support ISO/IATF certifications.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive quality management, strong leadership, and travel up to 50% to ensure compliance and continual improvement across global sites.

Qualifications

• Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (ISO 19011 preferred).
• Certified IATF 16949 1st/2nd Party Auditor.
• IRCA or VDA 6.3 Process Auditor certification preferred.
• 5+ years in Automotive Quality Management.
• Experience conducting 20+ complete system audits.
• Multisite and global audits experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead internal and external QMS audits across sites.
• Plan, execute, monitor and close audit activities.
• Manage audit documentation via SharePoint and corporate tools.
• Coordinate with certification bodies for audit planning and certification.
• Ensure timely closure of non-conformities and customer escalations.
• Maintain site mappings and certification records.
• Develop and improve audit planning and reporting processes.
• Train and mentor internal auditors on IATF standards and CSR.
• Review audit reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Support certification bodies in maintaining ISO/IATF certifications.

Job Title: Lead Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external Quality Management System (QMS) audits.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close audit activities across multiple sites.
• Manage audit documentation through SharePoint and corporate tools.
• Coordinate with certification bodies for audit planning, follow-up, and certification activities.
• Ensure timely closure of non-conformities (NCs) and customer escalations.
• Maintain MPP site mappings and certification-related documentation.
• Develop and improve audit planning and reporting processes.
• Train and mentor internal auditors on IATF standards, corporate standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Review audit reports for compliance and accuracy.
• Support certification bodies in maintaining ISO/IATF certifications.

Mandatory Skills
