Job summary

Davies Group in Pune is seeking a Lead Associate - Product Owner to maximise value from an Agile Scrum team by owning the backlog and translating client needs into actionable user stories. You will act as the voice of the client, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives within a UK&I IT context.

You will collaborate with design and engineering to shape UI/UX prototypes, maintain backlog transparency, and drive acceptance criteria using Given-When-Then techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Associate - Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and product management principles.
• Ability to deconstruct problems and translate them into user stories and requirements.
• Background or exposure to technical environments (e.g., .Net, Python, Java, cloud platforms).

The Lead Associate - Product Owner is responsible for maximising the value delivered by the Agile Scrum team through effective backlog ownership, client engagement, and product delivery.
