Qualifications

• 6+ years in AI/ML/GenAI with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong Python skills and AI application development experience.
• Hands-on with OpenAI APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, FAISS, and vector DBs.
• Experience deploying enterprise-scale GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Engineer / AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI platform architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems.

As a technical leader, you will drive AI architecture decisions, establish engineering best practices, mentor teams, and help shape the organization's AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Architecture

• Design and implement enterprise-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Architect multi-agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, A2A protocols, and related frameworks.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search solutions, and context management frameworks.
• Develop reusable AI components, frameworks, and engineering standards.

GenAI Engineering

• Build, optimize, and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI workflows.
• Drive prompt engineering, token optimization, and response quality improvements.
• Implement safeguards for prompt security, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI practices.

Platform & Cloud Integration

• Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and enterprise applications.
• Deploy and manage AI services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, performance, monitoring, and operational excellence of AI platforms.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor AI engineers and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML/GenAI development, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI application development.

• Experience in performance optimization, scalability testing, and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) orchestration.
• Exposure to AI governance, prompt observability, and compliance frameworks.
• Open-source contributions in AI/GenAI technologies.
• Experience conducting architecture reviews and mentoring engineering teams.
