Responsibilities

Purpose:

The Design Management & Approvals Architect will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects. The candidate must have government liaison and approvals experience. The position requires a Bachelor of Architecture and preferably a Master of Architecture from a reputed institute and a proven track record in conceptualizing and overseeing mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have 15-18 years of experience and possess exceptional skills in architectural design for hospitality-led projects. This position will report to Head – Design Functionally and Project Development Head Administratively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee architectural design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.
• Lead the design approvals process for the respective asset across all stages of development, overseeing the process and performance of any appointed statutory consultants.
