Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Lead Architect for Pune GDC to steer architectural design across global projects, collaborating with Middle East teams.

You’ll mentor multidisciplinary groups and shape design narratives from concept to IFC, delivering sustainable, iconically designed spaces. You will drive front-end leadership, apply BIM-based workflows, and coordinate across time zones, cultures, and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 15+ years of architectural design and delivery experience with a strong built-work portfolio.
• Experience of Middle East projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture, BIM 360, and visualization tools.
• Strong international codes, detailing, and technical documentation knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership to inspire teams and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of architects and designers through all project phases—from concept to IFC.
• Lead and execute global projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, education, industrial sectors.
• Create a cohesive team environment and be the main contact for project delivery.
• Deliver digital-based design solutions up to LOD 300 with strong coordination.
• Drive design quality and innovation using tools like Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Lumion.
• Collaborate with Middle East leadership to align goals with client vision and impact.

• Spearheadclash detection workflowsusing Navisworks and BIM 360, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines.
• Drive design quality and innovation using tools like Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Lumion.
• Collaborate with senior leadership within the Middle East to align project goals with client vision and community impact.
• Support cross-office resource planning and knowledge sharing to elevate design outcomes.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 15+ years of experience in architectural design and delivery, with a strong portfolio of built work. Having experience of working on projects in the Middle East will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency inRevit Architecture, BIM 360, and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of international codes, detailing, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire teams and engage clients.
