Job summary

Stantec IN Business Unit in Pune, India, is seeking a mid‑level interior designer to support our Middle East interior design team on workplace, healthcare, hospitality, commercial, education, and mixed‑use projects.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, a bachelor’s degree in interior design or related discipline, and strong proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and visualization tools. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality documentation on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, interior architecture, architecture, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of professional interior design experience.
• Experience delivering commercial, workplace, healthcare, hospitality, education, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience supporting international or regional teams, particularly Middle East projects.
• Strong understanding of building construction systems, coordination processes, and design documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design solutions from concept through design development stages in collaboration with Middle East project teams.
• Prepare and coordinate interior design documentation including plans, RCPs, elevations, finishes schedules, and detailed design packages using Revit.
• Produce BIM models, design presentations, and visualization outputs to communicate design intent effectively.
• Support FF&E selection, furniture layouts, material specifications, and schedule management.
• Coordinate closely with architects, MEP engineers, BIM teams, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Assist with tender documentation, RFIs, design revisions, and project quality reviews.
• Manage assigned project packages independently while delivering work to agreed quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Primary Purpose of Job-
