Job summary

Vibehackers is seeking a Senior Principal Architect to own end-to-end design and delivery of scalable enterprise features. You will work hands-on across multi-cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) and lead architecture decisions while leveraging AI agents to accelerate development.

The role requires 6–10+ years of experience as a principal/lead architect or senior full-stack engineer, with strong design, coding, and integration skills. Compensation is INR 4,000,000 to 6,000,000 per year.

You will act as a Principal/Lead Architect and hands-on individual contributor, owning the full lifecycle of core enterprise features—from whiteboarding and architectural design to coding, integrations, and post-launch stability. The role emphasizes building scalable, distributed systems across multi-cloud environments while leveraging AI agents and modern full-stack tooling to accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Take total ownership of feature design, implementation, integration, and operational stability.
• Design scalable, distributed enterprise solutions that operate across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Architect and implement agent-driven workflows where autonomous AI agents interact with internal APIs, third-party services, and data pipelines.
• Implement secure integrations using IDP/IAM, RBAC, REST/JSON APIs, and observability/tracing practices.
• Develop full-stack features using modern frontend and backend stacks and jump into hands-on coding alongside AI-assisted tooling.
• Use low-code/no-code environments strategically to accelerate time-to-market without sacrificing extensibility.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of professional experience; demonstrated track record as a principal/lead architect or senior full-stack engineer.
• Deep full-stack expertise and execution ability (design + code). Strong architectural judgment and ability to present trade-offs to technical peers and executives.
• Experience with cloud-native and multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proven experience with distributed systems, data engineering/ELT, relational databases, and in-memory/in-process databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Linux-based infrastructure, security patterns (IDP/IAM, RBAC), and observability/tracing.
• Comfortable using and integrating AI tools and agents (prompting, guiding, debugging AI assistants) to boost productivity.
• Self-starter IC mentality: ability to own and deliver complex features end-to-end with minimal oversight.
