Job Title: Senior AI-Native Architect (Full Stack)

The Vision

The engineering landscape is shifting from manual execution to high-level orchestration. We are looking for a Senior Architect who views AI as a force multiplier—someone who has mastered the art of AI-augmented development to ship features at an unprecedented pace, without ever compromising the architectural integrity or stability of production environments.

We need a leader who understands that while AI can generate code, only an experienced architect can ensure that code is resilient, scalable, and strategically sound.

The Role: Strategic Orchestration

As a Senior AI-Native Architect, your value is not measured by lines of code written, but by the speed and quality of systems delivered. You will leverage advanced AI prompt engineering and automated workflows to handle the "how" of implementation, allowing you to focus your expertise on the "what" and the "why"—designing complex systems that thrive in high-stakes production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Augmented Engineering: Utilise the latest AI tools (LLMs, agentic workflows, and advanced IDEs) to prototype and deploy production-grade features with 10x efficiency.
• Architectural Stewardship: Design robust, end-to-end systems. You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated components integrate seamlessly into a clean, maintainable, and secure architecture.
• Production Safeguarding: Exercise high technical discernment. You must have the deep experience required to audit AI-generated output, identifying subtle logic flaws or performance bottlenecks before they reach production.
• Impact Analysis: Identify high-leverage areas within the product lifecycle where AI can optimise user experience, system latency, or operational throughput.
• Holistic Ownership: Own the entire lifecycle from initial architectural design and data modelling to frontend UX and production observability.

What We Are Looking For

• Deep Architectural Expertise: 8+ years of experience leading complex production systems. You understand the "blast radius" of architectural decisions and prioritise system reliability.
• AI Mastery & Prompt Engineering: You are an expert at utilising AI to accelerate development. You know how to provide the right context, constraints, and instructions to LLMs to produce high-signal technical results.
• Technical Discernment: You possess the "production scars" necessary to distinguish between elegant code and "hallucinated" solutions that may fail under load or edge cases.
• Full-Stack Fluency: Strong hands-on proficiency in modern stacks (typically Python, TypeScript, React) and the ability to rapidly master new technologies through AI-assisted learning.
• CS Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems. You understand the foundational principles that AI tools occasionally overlook.
• Succinct Communication: The ability to write clear design documents and provide high-value code reviews that mentor the team in "thinking like an architect."
