Job summary

The Corporate Institute in India is hiring for Lead Analyst / Principal Analyst / Associate Director Credit Opportunities within Financial Research. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with front office desks, driving fundamental credit analysis on corporate bond and loan issuers across geographies.

You will build and maintain robust financial models, track industry data, and pressure-test credit views with traders.

Qualifications

• MBA/CFA/CA with 5+ years of corporate credit experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to high-yield or distressed credit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models: financials, KPIs, capital structure, valuation, peer analysis.
• Track industry data and flag credit-relevant developments in real time.
• Partner closely with front office analysts to pressure-test credit views.
• Monitor covered names for earnings and material events.
• Contribute to relative value analysis and ad hoc research.
• Grow into full industry coverage and direct DD support for front office over time.
