Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational or enterprise risk within financial services.
• Hands-on in RCSA, incident/issue management, KRIs, and governance reporting.
• Strong knowledge of the Three Lines Model and end-to-end investment processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI and eGRC tools such as IBM OpenPages/PRISM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting enterprise, operational, and non-financial risk management frameworks, standards, and governance requirements across regional business units.
• Leading the preparation and quality review of regional risk reports, dashboards, committee papers, and management information for senior governance forums.
• Coordinating RCSA activities, second-line review and challenge of risk assessments and controls, and monitoring remediation actions.
• Reviewing operational risk incidents and issues, challenging root-cause analysis and remediation plans, identifying recurring themes.
• Partnering with risk teams to develop risk dashboards and analytics using Power BI and eGRC platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Operational Risk / Enterprise Risk professional with strong expertise in risk governance, RCSA, incident and issue management, control oversight, and risk reporting. The role involves partnering with regional business units, providing effective second-line review and challenge, strengthening risk frameworks, and delivering actionable risk insights to senior stakeholders within the financial services and asset management environment.

• Having a strong understanding of end-to-end investment management processes, operational/non-financial risks, and the Three Lines Model.
• Demonstrating knowledge of financial services and asset management regulations, operational resilience, outsourcing and third-party risk, technology/data risk, and regulatory reporting.
• Possessing excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and preferably eGRC platforms such as IBM OpenPages/PRISM.
