Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Lead Analyst for Data Governance and Quality in Bengaluru. You will design and implement big data strategies, lead analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

You will oversee scalable data pipelines, evaluate tools, and ensure governance and compliance across data assets, enabling smarter business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS or Statistics; Masters in Data Science preferred.
• Certifications include Riversand CDMP, CCP Data Scientist, Databricks Certified, Azure Data Engineer, Oracle.
• Required skills: Data Governance, Data Quality Management, English language proficiency (Advanced).

• Lead a team of data analysts to extract, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
