Job summary

FC Global Services India LLP (First Citizens India) in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Lead Analyst to own and optimize Workday HCM and Recruiting solutions. You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to design, configure, implement, and maintain Workday processes and reporting.

The role requires strong HCM knowledge, security and reporting capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications
