Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Lead Analyst - Business Data Services to lead data analysis and reporting across complex projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams for strategic insights and ensure delivery quality with stakeholder alignment and timelines.

You will mentor senior and junior analysts, driving innovation in data visualization and storytelling while advancing AI-powered data solutions within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in analytics, CS, or statistics with strong data focus.
• Certifications in data management, Azure, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent are preferred.
• Proficient in English, with ability to communicate complex analytics clearly.
• Experience leading data projects and mentoring analysts is expected.
