Job summary

Optum India is seeking a senior technical leader to design and deliver scalable, AI-enabled solutions. You will drive end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered platforms, architect microservices, and ensure high performance and reliability across distributed systems.

You will work with Go/Python, MongoDB and PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/GCP). Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams is essential in a fast-paced, global health-technology environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise applications.
• Solid hands-on programming experience in Go and Python.
• Experience with GenAI/LLM ecosystems including RAG, embeddings, and NLP workflows.
• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP) and containerized deployments.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling; secure software engineering practices.
