Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with distributed systems or cloud-native platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Technical Strategy & Solution Leadership
  • Lead the design of scalable, secure, and compliant agentic AI solutions aligned to healthcare industry requirements and enterprise standards
  • Set architectural direction for end-to-end systems integrating LLMs, machine learning models, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise marketing technology ecosystems
  • Guide technical trade-off decisions across model selection, build vs. buy/orchestrate approaches, latency, accuracy, cost, risk, and operational complexity
  • Ensure solutions are designed for production readiness, maintainability, enterprise integration, and long-term supportability across delivery teams
• Engineering Team Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead engineering teams responsible for building and deploying production-grade AI applications, including LLM-based workflows, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions
  • Manage delivery execution across AI agents, automation, platform integrations, and client environments while optimizing for performance, scalability, security, and reliability
  • Create an environment for rapid prototyping, iterative delivery, and continuous learning so teams can validate concepts quickly and accelerate time-to-value
  • Remove delivery blockers, manage technical risks, and guide teams through complex challenges across distributed systems, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and enterprise governance processes
  • Establish engineering practices for AI evaluation datasets, scoring rubrics, agent-performance testing, failure-mode analysis, code quality, documentation, and operational readiness
  • Coach, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads, supporting career growth, performance management, and strong engineering culture
• Stakeholder Partnership & Cross-Functional Influence
  • Partner with business, product, clinical, compliance, and technical stakeholders to define priorities, translate strategy into execution plans, and align teams around measurable outcomes
  • Coordinate with product, platform, security, architecture, data, and engineering teams to scale reusable AI capabilities across marketing technology deployments
  • Communicate complex technical concepts, delivery risks, investment needs, and business impact clearly for senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including experience delivering distributed systems, cloud-native solutions, or enterprise technology platforms
• 3+ years of people leadership, technical leadership, or engineering management experience, including coaching engineers, managing delivery execution, and influencing technical direction
• Experience leading teams that build and deploy AI/ML solutions, including familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, model deployment patterns, and AI evaluation approaches
• Experience structuring ambiguous business and technical problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving teams toward clear, actionable solutions
• Experience guiding cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and secure deployment practices in enterprise environments, especially Azure
• Experience managing priorities, capacity, delivery commitments, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Advanced knowledge and experience with AI-DLC
• Solid understanding of modern development frameworks, APIs, data integration approaches, engineering delivery practices, and production support models
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements, including discovery, solution design, delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, and production implementation
• Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical, product, business, compliance, and leadership audiences
• Proven excellent communication, storytelling, prioritization, and change leadership skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technical discipline, business discipline, or related field
• Experience leading teams that build full-stack applications, including front-end development frameworks such as React and NextJS
• Experience implementing, leading, or scaling enterprise Marketing Technology solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform
• Familiarity with healthcare data, regulatory requirements, and interoperability considerations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements and competing priorities
