Job summary

Alrium in Bengaluru, Koramangala, is seeking a Lead AI Generalist to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions across business units. This in-office role demands hands-on AI development, strong communication, and the ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will build scalable AI systems, integrate LLMs, automate processes, and mentor teams on AI best practices while collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on coding expertise.
• Proven experience in developing AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other AI models.
• Proficiency in Python and exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Good understanding of vector databases and retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
