Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior AI Architect to define end-to-end AI architecture for invoice-to-cash workflows and lead a team of AI/ML engineers.

You will build modular AI agents for data extraction, matching, and deductions, ensure production deployments, and collaborate with ERP and product teams to align AI strategy with business automation goals.

Qualifications

• 8–14+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.

• Define end-to-end AI architecture for invoice-to-cash workflows
• Design modular AI agents for remittance data extraction, invoice reference identification, payment-to-invoice matching, and deduction classification
• Ensure scalable and production-ready AI deployment
• Lead AI solutions to parse email attachments, EDI/XML files, and customer portal uploads
• Extract structured financial entities including invoice numbers, UTRs, customer data, deductions, FX variances, and tax adjustments
• Implement confidence scoring and validation logic
• Build and optimize AI-driven matching algorithms between remittances, payments, and ERP invoices
• Improve auto-match rates while maintaining high precision
• Reduce manual exception handling through intelligent recommendations
• Design AI systems that detect mismatches and suggest corrective actions
• Ensure explainable AI outputs suitable for financial audit and compliance
• Establish feedback loops for continuous model improvement
• Lead a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
• Partner with Product, Integration, and ERP teams
• Drive the AI roadmap aligned with business automation goals
