Atyeti is seeking a Lead AI / Agent Engineer to architect, design and deploy next-generation AI Agent frameworks in Pune. You will lead the development of multiagent systems using LLMs, knowledge graphs, and MLOps practices to deliver scalable enterprise AI solutions with regulatory alignment.

You will oversee a team of AI/ML engineers, ensure delivery excellence, and drive adoption of LangChain, AutoGen, and RAG pipelines while integrating with trading, risk, and compliance platforms.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI / Agent Engineer to architect, design and deploy nextgeneration AI Agent frameworks.

This role requires deep expertise in LLM orchestration, autonomous agents and enterprisegrade AI solutions with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Agent Architecture: Design and implement multiagent systems leveraging LLMs, reinforcement learning and knowledge graphs.
• Enterprise Integration: Build AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with platforms (trading, risk, compliance, reporting).
• Leadership: Lead a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to client standards.
• Compliance Alignment: Ensure AI solutions meet global regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, EMIR, Basel III).
• Innovation: Drive adoption of cuttingedge AI tools (LangChain, AutoGen, RAG pipelines).

Core Skillset:

• Strong expertise in LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace) and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, PySpark.
• Handson experience with Azure AI, Databricks, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Knowledge of capital markets workflows (trade lifecycle, risk management, regulatory reporting).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines, MLOps and cloudnative deployments.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to AI safety, bias mitigation and explainability frameworks.
• Familiarity with quantitative finance models and algorithmic trading systems.
