Job description

Job Profile:

Amagi is seeking a Supply Ops Team Lead to join our Media & Ad Operations team. The role involves account management, proactive monetization, yield optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will identify, implement, and evaluate optimizations based on account trends and work closely with publishers to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supply-related client support and troubleshooting for assigned accounts.
  • Conduct A/B testing to ensure VAST protocol integration is functioning correctly.
  • Monitor account performance regularly and execute optimizations proactively.
  • Analyze historical data to identify opportunities for monetization improvement and yield maximization.
  • Manage inventory quality and collaborate with verification companies to review ad logs and identify IVT issues.
  • Assist in developing client-facing performance reports.
  • Coordinate with the channel onboarding team to ensure proper tag functioning during new channel launches.
  • Resolve open projects and tickets effectively and communicate across functions.
  • Re-prioritize tasks as needed, understanding inbound requests and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of experience in online advertising, preferably with supply-side expertise.
  • Ability to work second shift (2pm-10pm IST).
  • CTV experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SSAI and ad servers, with experience in VAST tag configuration (SpringServe or Publica preferred).
  • Self-motivated, organized, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and data consolidation.
  • Experience troubleshooting discrepancies, tag setup, and delivery issues.
  • Strong time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
