Phantomfx in Chennai is seeking a skilled Layout Artist with 4+ years of experience to join our VFX team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 3D layout, camera composition, staging, and cinematic workflows to deliver production-ready work on tight timelines.

You will collaborate with VFX Supervisors, Layout, Animation, and Modeling teams, interpret storyboards and live-action plates, ensure perspective and continuity, and mentor junior artists while maintaining studio standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in VFX Layout or related field.
• Strong knowledge of cinematography, camera composition, perspective, lensing, and staging.
• Proficient in Autodesk Maya and 3D layout workflows.
• Understanding of Matchmove, Animation, Modeling, and Environment workflows.
