Roles and Responsibilities

We are having urgent requirement for the position of Training Manager in leading life insurance companies.

Job Description:

  • To manage training & development objective of the allotted PARTNER branches/cluster.
  • To ensure optimal training coverage to realize desired sales & product mix objective.
  • To plan training calendar and ensure training coverage as per planned calendar & training needs & agreed flavor of the month.
  • To ensure that right selling behavior, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through the training imparted in line with company standards and regulations.
  • To closely work with the sales team of both LI & Partner to formulate training strategy as per need.
  • To ensure delivery of skill, behavioral & sales oriented training.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 years of work experience in Learning & Development

OR

3 years work experience in training development of life insurance domain

  • Industry-accepted standards for training design, development & delivery.
  • Processes for development of templates and storyboards for classroom training, web-based training, nuggets and mobile enabled learning.
