Spin Cycles Laundry Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a technically strong Laundry Manager/Supervisor to lead large-scale garment-care operations. The role requires hands-on professional laundry/dry-cleaning experience and the ability to run multi-shift, 24/7 operations with 100+ staff.

The candidate should be proficient in stain removal, washing, dry cleaning, finishing, and QC, and have deep knowledge of laundry chemicals, wash formulas, pH, and fabric behavior.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in professional laundry/dry-cleaning plants or large garment-care facilities.
• Experience managing 100+ production employees.
• Ability to run multi-shift/24/7 operations.
• Proficiency in wash formulas, chemical dosing, pH and fabric behavior.
• Strong problem-solving for issues like colour bleed, shrinkage and staining.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for inward sorting, stain removal, washing, dry cleaning, drying, finishing, QC, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure production output, turnaround time and garment quality.
• Control chemicals and wash processes; coordinate machine utilization and breakdowns.
• Train supervisors and operators; enforce SOPs and safety.
• Plan daily production and manage shifts.

Location: Bengaluru-->whitefield

SPIN CYCLES is looking for a technically strong Laundry Manager/Supervisor to lead large-scale garment-care operations in Bengaluru.

This role is only for candidates with hands-on professional laundry / dry-cleaning industry experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 815 years of relevant commercial laundry / dry-cleaning experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in garment care, stain removal, washing, wet cleaning, dry cleaning, drying, pressing and finishing
• Strong knowledge of laundry chemicals, wash formulas, pH, temperature, chemical dosage and fabric behaviour
• Ability to troubleshoot:
• Colour bleeding / dye transfer
• Shrinkage
• Yellowing / browning
• Chemical damage
• Stain-removal failures
• Rewash / quality issues
• Good technical understanding of washer extractors, dryers, dry-cleaning machines, steam presses, boilers and laundry utility equipment
• Proven experience managing 100+ production employees
• Capable of running multi-shift / 247 operations
• Strong in manpower planning, productivity, QC, SOP implementation and team training
• Must be hands-on and willing to personally resolve critical production and technical issues
• Should be available for 24/7 operational support during critical breakdowns or production emergencies
