Role Description

The role includes handling customer queries related to laundry services, resolving service issues, and implementing best practices for hygiene, stain treatment, and garment care. The Supervisor also supports training of new team members, enforces safety and cleanliness protocols, and collaborates with management to improve processes and meet service targets.
