Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Laundry Associate in Bengaluru to ensure clean, well-maintained linens and textiles used throughout the hotel. You will manage washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivery of supplies while maintaining a tidy laundry area and supporting inventory control.

You will contribute to guest satisfaction by responding promptly to laundry requests and upholding Hilton's standards of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience may be preferred.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Keep linens clean and ready: handle all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens.
• Maintain the laundry area: keep laundry machines and work areas clean and in good working order.
• Manage inventory: monitor and maintain stock levels of linens and laundry supplies.
• Delight our guests: respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services.
