Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and deliver warm, memorable hospitality. You will clean, tidy, and stock rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires physical stamina, reliability, and the ability to work shifts including weekends. Basic English and a team-oriented mindset are essential for seamless collaboration with hotel departments and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or room attendant role.
• Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
• Courteous and professional interactions with guests.
• Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
• Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

• Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
• Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
