We are seeking a Large Language Model (LLM) Architect to lead the design and development of cutting‑edge language models that process, understand, and generate human‑like natural language. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design large language models capable of advanced natural language understanding and generation.
• Define and optimize neural network parameters to train models on large‑scale unlabeled text datasets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and domain experts to align model architecture with business needs.
• Evaluate model performance using rigorous statistical and machine learning metrics, and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic technical guidance across teams, driving innovation and best practices in NLP and LLM development.
• Mentor and guide junior professionals in the areas of AI, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, etc.)
• Deep knowledge of neural network architectures and their application in natural language processing
• Extensive experience in training and fine‑tuning LLMs on diverse and large‑scale datasets
• Proficient in Python, with hands‑on experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks
• Strong ability to interpret and optimize model performance metrics
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Good to Have

• Exposure to prompt engineering, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), or retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG)
