Project Role : Large Language Model Architect

Project Role Description : Architect large language models (LLM) that can process and generate natural language. Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data.

Summary : As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for designing large language models that effectively process and generate natural language. Your role involves designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to train models on large quantities of unlabeled text data, contributing to advancements in natural language processing technology.

1. Be an SME in the field.
2. Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
3. Make team decisions.
4. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
5. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
6. Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in language model architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Large Language Models.
• Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in NLP.
• Experience with training and fine-tuning large-scale language models.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques for text data.
• Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.

Additional Information : The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Large Language Models. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15-year full-time education is required.
