Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in Japanese and JLPT certified N3 level or native speaker
• Previous experience in language training/teaching is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching styles for different learner groups (adults, students, professionals)
• Comfortable with virtual/online teaching platforms
• Certification in language instruction (preferred but not mandatory)
