We are looking for experts with strong technical knowledge and good communication skills, as well as proficient organizational and managerial abilities.

Skills Requirements:

Must have a blend of creative design skills, technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills to successfully manage projects and deliver high-quality landscape designs.
Professional experience, post-master's degree, and familiarity with Middle Eastern projects.
Demonstrable experience of applying current design standards, guidance and good working practices to the design of external spaces; experience in Middle east is desirable with maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, responsiveness, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, contracts and tendering procedures.
Must bear proactive way to fixing problems, Strong verbal, writing, and listening communication abilities are essential. Careful handling of jobs with tight deadlines,
Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster innovation, and drive project success.
Experience in the use of Revit, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, and associated software for production of technical information.
Experience in the use of Adobe design suite (Inc. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for production of graphics and reports and application of BIM

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in landscape architecture or equivalent from an accredited program.
With minimum of 8+ years of Professional experience with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing projects of varying scale and complexity.
Proficiency in key software, including Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. and would have liked to know more about software such as Revit, Civil 3D,
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Additional software Knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is plus.
