Job summary

Speed Engineering Solutions is seeking a lab testing professional in Pune to perform engine and genset level validation in a dedicated lab environment. The role emphasizes regression testing, sensor and module validation, and meticulous documentation of results.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of relevant experience and a Diploma or BSc in Electronics, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BSc Electronics or related branches.
• 4–6 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) with documentation in Test Reports.

Responsibilities

• Support lab operations for testing activities.
• Perform regression testing and assess Genset performance.
• Understand engine level or Genset level testing in the lab.
• Handle sensors, wiring harness, and various electronic modules; document results.
• Assist in plant level testing and component validation.
• Provide harness build-up and troubleshooting support.
• Collaborate with lab engineers, technicians, and validation teams.
• Uphold 5S practices in the work area.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Work under company lab Operations to perform below activities.
• Experience on Regression Testing and Genset performance Functionality.
• Able to understand the full time engine level or Genset level testing in lab is preferred.
• Sensors, Wire harness, different type of electronic modules, documentation experience is must.
• Plant level testing is also preferred.
• Basic knowledge of component validation and testing.
• Harness build up and troubleshooting support.
• Work closely with engineers and technician such as lab & test operations, product validation teams etc. Lab testing activity and setup.
• Ensure 5S practices in work area.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Diploma or BSc Electronics or Associated Branches
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Communication: Above average - oral and writing (Documentation Part of Test Report).
• MS Office Skills: Good to average on Excel and word.
