Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Production Quality Technicians are responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.

They perform tests using measurement tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, cosmetic quality and spectral properties test to verify product specifications.

They monitor production processes to identify deviations, defects, or non-conformances and take corrective actions as needed.

Production Quality Technicians document inspection results, test data, and any quality issues in detailed reports for management review.

They ensure that all testing and inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to guarantee accurate results.

They collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Production Quality Technicians analyze quality data and trends to identify recurring problems and recommend process improvements.

They play a key role in ensuring that safety and quality protocols are followed on the production floor.

By maintaining a focus on continuous improvement, they contribute to enhancing product quality, reducing defects, and improving overall operational efficiency.
