Job summary

Bajaj Auto is seeking a Technical Architect / Technical Manager with strong BFSI domain expertise to define enterprise architecture while remaining hands-on. The ideal candidate will have deep Java-based systems knowledge, databases, and Linux environments.

You will work on AI-driven solutions, DevOps practices, regulatory compliance, and oversee end-to-end architecture for LOS, LMS, KYC, and credit platforms, while providing mentoring and overseeing vendor integrations.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and infosec teams for regulatory alignment.
• Lead vendor integrations and technical evaluations.

Summary Role Profile/Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Technical Architect / Technical Manager with strong BFSI domain expertise, capable of defining enterprise architecture while remaining hands-on. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in Java-based systems, databases, Linux environments, along with exposure to AI-driven solutions, DevOps practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to BFSI/NBFC ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end architecture for BFSI platforms (LOS, LMS, KYC, Credit, Integrations)
• Design scalable, secure, and high-availability systems using Java, APIs, and Microservices
• Provide architectural oversight, code reviews, and technical mentorship
• Ensure systems adhere to security, audit, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and infosec teams for regulatory alignment

AI & Advanced Technology Exposure

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

• Strong understanding of NBFC/BFSI business processes
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements such as:
• RBI guidelines
• Data privacy and data retention norms
• Audit, VAPT, and security compliance
• KYC / CKYC / DigiLocker regulations
