Role Summary

We are seeking an L2 Core Infrastructure Engineer to support a hybrid enterprise environment consisting of On-Prem Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.

The role is part of a 24×7 operations team, responsible for L2 support, incident resolution, and ensuring availability of core infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage On-Prem Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, OU structure).
• Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) in a hybrid setup.
• Azure AD Connect / Cloud Sync monitoring and troubleshooting.
• User, group, and device lifecycle support.
• Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online:
• Mailboxes, DLs, shared mailboxes, mail flow issues.
• Support Microsoft Teams:
• User enablement, policies, and client/service issues.
• Operate and troubleshoot File & Print services.
• Support DNS and DHCP services.
• Monitor infrastructure using SCOM and respond to alerts.
• Handle incidents, escalations from L1, and participate in RCA.
• Work in 24×7 shift-based support and rotations.
• Follow ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem processes.
• Collaborate with L3/SME teams for complex issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• 2–4 years in Enterprise IT Infrastructure Operations.

Preferred

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Exposure to MFA, SSPR, Conditional Access.
• ITIL Foundation certification or ITIL process knowledge.
• AZ-900 and AZ-104 Certified.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.

Work Model

• 24×7 shift-based operations.
• Enterprise hybrid infrastructure (On-Prem + Cloud).
