Job Summary

The Manager – HR Controlling plays a vital role in managing and overseeing Headcount and People Cost within the organization. This position requires a strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and Zone teams.

Key Responsibilities

• HC/IPC Budget Management: Manage and control headcount and IPC budgets within the Carol system.
• Flash Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present data-driven insights on HC, IPC, and attrition trends to the Managing Director, HR Director, and CFO during regular flash meetings.
• Monthly Provisioning: Calculate and provide accurate and timely monthly provisions for various HR-related expenses.
• Monthly IPC Data Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with Finance Controllers to ensure the accuracy of IPC-related entries in financial systems.
• Recharge Processing: Work with Zone HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Finance Controllers to generate Purchase Orders (POs) for recharges.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve HC and IPC management processes.
