Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing on-site technical assistance and support to end-users within a specific physical location, such as an office or facility (store, warehouse, road show or events).
  2. On-Site Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users at their workstations or within the designated location.
  3. Hardware Maintenance: Perform hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
  4. Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and update software applications, including operating systems, productivity software, and specialized tools.
  5. User Account Management: Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access permissions to various systems and applications.
  6. Manage the acquisition of hardware, software, and services for an organization’s IT needs, and manage Country IT Budget and Expenses.
