Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Finance Transformation practice. You will deliver high‑quality work, mentor juniors, and liaise with onsite/offshore teams to understand requirements.

You’ll design future‑state Treasury models, configure Kyriba modules, automate cash reconciliation, and integrate with ERP systems to support cash management and payment workflows.

Qualifications

• Kyriba – working knowledge of multiple Kyriba modules (Core Data, Bank & Cash, Payments, Accounting, Financial Transactions, Security).
• Experience with Kyriba connectivity, BAM and BFA.
• Experience with payments formats XML Pain, EDI822, MT101.
• Experience with bank statement formats MT940/42, BAI, CAMT053.
• Understanding of Treasury, Cash Management, Cash Pools, account structures, and global payment methods.
• Interpersonal communication, critical thinking, decision making.
• 5–8 years implementing Treasury management solutions (Kyriba).
• Kyriba Certification – Gold or above.

Responsibilities

Finance Transformation

Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

Position Summary

Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

You’ll analyze Treasury operations to design future-state models, support Kyriba solution design, and configure static data for Treasury processes. You’ll automate cash reconciliation, enable bank statement integration, set up Cash Position worksheets, and manage cash forecasting with ERP integration. Responsibilities include interfacing Kyriba with systems like ICD, FXALL, and Oracle, establishing cash pools, configuring payment workflows, and adding Chart of Accounts for accounting. You’ll also handle documentation, user guides, end-user training, and team coordination to ensure seamless Treasury operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Kyriba – Working knowledge of at least two Kyriba modules like Core Data, Bank and Cash, Payments, Accounting, Financial Transactions, Security. Exposure to Kyriba Connectivity, BAM and BFA would be an added advantage


• Payments formats – XML Pain, EDI822, MT101 etc.


• Bank statement formats – MT940/42, BAI, CAMT053 etc.


• A good understanding of Treasury, Cash Management, Cash Pools, Account structures, and global Payment methods


• Job skills – Interpersonal Communication, Critical Thinking, Decision Making


• Total experience of 5 to 8 years, 5+ years of experience directly in implementing Treasury management solutions (Kyriba)


• Kyriba Certification – Gold or above (Platinum, Platinum Plus)

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Big 4 experience

Education:

• B.Tech/CA/MBA degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:

• 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirement
