Job summary

Antal International, East Patel Nagar, Delhi, is seeking a Sales Officer / KYC Analyst Merchant Onboarding to collect, verify, and onboard merchants in compliance with KYC regulations.

You will handle documentation, risk assessment, liaise with Compliance and Legal, and ensure timely onboarding. A Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience and strong communication and data quality focus are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking, Fintech/Payments, Insurance, or Broking.
• Prior experience in KYC, Merchant Onboarding, Client Onboarding, or related functions.
• Strong understanding of KYC verification, documentation, AML, and customer due diligence processes.
• Familiarity with verification requirements for different entity types such as Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Private Limited and Public Limited companies.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and data quality orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-handling capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant KYC/verification tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate KYC documents and information from new and existing merchants.
• Conduct thorough verification of merchant documents as per defined standards and procedures.
• Assess and categorize merchants based on risk profiles and identify cases requiring further due diligence.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of KYC documentation and verification processes.
• Communicate with merchants to obtain additional information and resolve discrepancies in submissions.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to KYC regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and timely updation of merchant records.
• Contribute to improving KYC onboarding processes, tools, and overall operational efficiency.

About the Role:
