Roles and Responsibilities

Greetings from KVC CONSULTANTS LTD.

We are looking for individuals with networking troubleshooting knowledge for an ITES Company based out of Noida.

• Provide L1 Level Customer Support.
• Deliver exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high-quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
• Resolve tickets by analyzing customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns.
• Perform problem research and testing when necessary.
• Deliver high-quality and timely resolutions to problems.
• Initiate follow-up with other service areas when appropriate.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Eligibility

Freshers eligible.

• 1+ year of experience in Technical Support.
• Good communication skills.

Educational Qualification

Any Computer graduates or individuals with networking knowledge.

Compensation

4,30,000 (29k in hand) (Hike on last drawn).

Shift

24/7

Work Days

5 days working with 2 days rotational offs.
