As part of our ambitious growth plan, we invite applications for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for business development activities across markets in the Africa region (Ethiopia, Rwanda, Kenya & Tanzania) to join our team based at Thiruvananthapuram Technopark campus.

Job Title: Sales Manager (Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania)

Job Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram (Need to travel to Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Tanzania on a need basis)

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the Sales Targets for Kenya/Ethiopia/Rwanda & Tanzania
  2. Responsible for the annual target and quarterly targets for the region
  3. Lead business development activities across markets in the Africa region
  4. Manage End-to-End Sales Process – From Lead generation to closing the deal with the client
  5. Work with the local sales teams based out of Kenya, Ethiopia, Rwanda and Tanzania
  6. Manage Channel Sales and RFP submissions
  7. Work closely with local sales team and pre-sales team to build opportunities in each country
  8. Prepare sales action plans, strategies, and schedule sales activity with the sales team
  9. Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  10. Meet with customers, find their pain points and develop solutions to address them
  11. Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials
  12. Develop proposals and quotes, negotiate with customers, and ensure to keep the minimum gross margin for the deals.

Qualification:

  1. B.E / MBA or equivalent master’s degree in Marketing/Sales from premium institutes
  2. Techno commercial sales experience
  3. Team player
  4. 3-10 years’ experience in managing sales teams, IT Solution Selling
  5. Experience in building sales and marketing campaigns and plans for sales teams
  6. Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors, written and verbal communication skills
  7. Fluent in English
  8. Experience in key account management, including developing account-specific sales strategies/plans, managing relationships across levels and functions in key accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  1. Thiruvananthapuram, Thiruvananthapuram – 695582, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

  1. IT Solution Selling: 3 years (Preferred)
