About the Role:

The Business Analyst (BA) will work with the product managers, project teams, and UI/UX teams to capture requirements including business logic and features. The BA will create complete user stories including technical details and acceptance criteria. The BA will lead the user story refinement. The Business Analyst works closely with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to ensure meeting timelines and budgets while delivering a world-class consumer experience.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze and document current and future state of business system deliverable, producing story refinement.
2. Elicit requirements and use those requirements to understand business needs with all scenarios.
3. Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
4. Organize requirements.
5. Understand, translate, and simplify requirements.
6. Manage and communicate requirements with Customer stakeholders, Business, IT, and Key Users.
7. Analyze and document requirements.
8. Contribute to testing requirements framework (scope, validation, planning, scripts, execution).
9. Provide input to project plan, risk assessment, and manage tasks to project schedule.
10. Assist the Scrum Master/Product Owner in preparing and refining the backlog for PI and Iteration Planning.
11. Manage backlog, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
12. Follow competitors and the industry.
13. Keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s in Computer Science, Electronics.

Experience:

12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for IoT-Mobile App development. Experience in Product Development in IoT Connectivity business with progressively more responsibility and a track record of results. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal both locally and globally. Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative thinker with a vision.
