Job summary

Cognizant Bengaluru invites experienced developers to join our Intelligent Capture team. The role focuses on Tungsten Total Agility (TTA) infrastructure, installation, upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure stable, scalable processing of unstructured documents.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and support developers with Tungsten client tools. Strong knowledge of servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud tech is required, along

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of TTA infrastructure and ensuring stability, performance, and scalability of Intelligent Capture.
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing Tungsten Total Agility infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network technologies.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and performance tuning tools.
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining Tungsten Total Agility.
• Experience training unstructured documents for classification and extraction.
• Experience upgrading and migrating Tungsten Total Agility infrastructure.
• Experience staging new TTA systems on new platforms.
• Experience supporting developers to configure and troubleshoot.
• Worked with Tungsten support to gather logs and implement fixes/workarounds.
• Deep knowledge of Tungsten Total Agility architecture.
• Experience with client-side scanning and indexing Tungsten clients (Express, Workspace Validation, Scan web-client).
• Diagnose connectivity, security, server infrastructure, network, load balancer, SSL, OTTA, LDAP sync.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the Tungsten Total Agility infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance and scalability of Intelligent Capture.
• Manage server, storage, and network infrastructure including virtualization and cloud technologies.
• Monitor systems and tune performance using specified tools.
• Implement security best practices and compliance controls.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain Tungsten Total Agility systems.
• Assist in training unstructured documents for classification and extraction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Tungsten support and logs.
• Support developers in configuring Tungsten clients.
• Perform root-cause analysis for connectivity and security issues.

JOB Description –

• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TTA infrastructure, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of our Intelligent Capture environment
• Proficiency in managing and optimizing Tungsten Total Agility infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, and network technologies
• Experience with virtualization and cloud technologies
• Familiarity with monitoring and performance tuning tools
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
• Tungsten Total Agility Expertise:
• Knowledgeable in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Tungsten Total Agility
• Experience in training unstructured documents for both classification and Extraction.
• Experience performing upgrades and migrations to new Tungsten Total Agility infrastructure
• Experience staging new TTA systems on new platforms
• Experience supporting developers to configure and troubleshoot
• Worked with Tungsten support to submit issues, gather logs, and implement fixes/workarounds to existing problems
• Infrastructure/Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis:
• Deep knowledge of Tungsten Total Agility architecture
• Experience with client-side scanning and indexing Tungsten clients (including Tungsten Express, Tungsten Workspace Validation and Scan web-client, Personal and High-Speed Scanners)
• Ability to quickly analyze root causes (Diagnose: connectivity, security, server infrastructure, network, load balancer, SSL, OTTA, LDAP sync)
• Several years of experience in engineering/production support for Windows, Active Directory, and enabling high availability within TTA (underlying infrastructure & configurations)
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL
• Tungsten Insights:
• Knowledgeable in installing, upgrading, and maintaining Tungsten Insights
• Experience with KAFTA and Insights - customer solutions, test harness
• Development skills in Tungsten and C#
