Job summary

Infosys Limited in Mumbai is seeking a Technology Analyst to work on Intelligent Document Processing solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility. The role involves configuring capture, classification, extraction and workflow processes to automate business documents.

You will develop REST/SOAP integrations, implement OCR and data extraction for invoices, forms and contracts, and collaborate with analysts, architects and QA teams to deliver reliable IDP solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Tungsten TotalAgility development.
• Hands-on experience with Document Capture, OCR, Classification, and Data Extraction.
• Expertise in Forms Designer, Process Designer, Validation, and Workflow Configuration.
• Experience with Transformation Modules and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
• Knowledge of BPM and Workflow Automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and System Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using Tungsten TotalAgility.
• Configure and customize document capture, classification, extraction, validation, and workflow processes.
• Develop OCR and data extraction solutions for invoices, forms, contracts, and other business documents.
• Create and optimize business workflows, forms, queues, and process automation solutions.
• Integrate TotalAgility with enterprise applications, databases, web services, and third-party platforms.
• Configure Machine Learning and Cognitive Capture capabilities for document processing.
• Develop custom scripts, APIs, and extensions based on business requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
