Job description

Functional Overview

Tech Support is responsible for all questions relating to technical issues of using the LN Software.

The team’s objective is to solve customer issues as soon as possible and to achieve high customer satisfaction by delivering high service quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Taking enquiries via telephone
  2. Processing the mailbox techsupport@lucanet.com
  3. Qualification of new enquiries
  4. Telephone support and error analysis (time required approx. 15-20 minutes)
  5. Assisting with questions and problems related to data imports from all interfaces into the LucaNet.Financial Warehouse as well as from the LucaNet.Financial Warehouse into the company codes
  6. Addressing technical malfunctions of the LucaNet.Financial OLAP Server, LucaNet.Financial Client, and LucaNet.Auto Task Client
  7. Creation of articles for the knowledge database
  8. Review and correction of knowledge articles
  9. Handing over requests to the 2nd level
  10. Briefing new colleagues on the job
Minimum Competencies
Professional Skills
  1. Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Linux
  2. Basic knowledge of using SQL queries
  3. Basic knowledge of database systems
  4. Basic knowledge of written and spoken English (level B2)
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office software, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook
Soft Skills
  1. Good communication skills
  2. Good level of service and customer orientation
  3. Independence and initiative
  4. Sense of responsibility
  5. Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
Minimum Qualifications

Experience (apprenticeship/work experience): Completed training in an IT profession (IT specialist for application development, IT merchant, information and telecommunication systems electronics technician) or comparable training and at least two years of professional experience, at least one year of which in the Tech Support and/or Operational Services area.
