Job Title: IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

1. 1+ years experience in IT Recruitment
2. Source potential candidates on niche platforms
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
5. Interview candidates using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
7. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 per month

Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
