• Basic knowledge of food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP/ServSafe a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Cooking
• Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, portion) as per menu requirements
• Follow standard recipes and maintain taste consistency
• Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and kitchen tools safely
• Packaging & Order Fulfilment
• Pack meals neatly and correctly, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Maintain temperature control and presentation before dispatch
• Double-check orders before handing over to delivery partners
• Kitchen Hygiene & Maintenance
• Clean and sanitize workstations regularly
• Follow food safety rules (FIFO, labelling, storage)
• Support inventory checks and organize stock
