Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is seeking a Technical Lead for Kinaxis Maestro and related IT solutions in the Supply Chain function in Mumbai.

You will generate analytics on adoption, lead governance efforts, and manage external IT consultants to deliver high-adoption IT initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to identify gaps, design digital interventions, and drive rollout with IT teams, ensuring timely, quality delivery and data-driven decision support for supply chain

Qualifications

• Understanding of Demand planning, Supply planning / Rough Cut Capacity Planning and S&OP process.
• Experience with Kinaxis Maestro/SAP APO/SAP IBP/O9.
• Experience with reporting tools Power BI, Tableau and BW.
• Understanding/Experience of SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

• Take up the role of Technical Lead of Kinaxis Maestro and other IT solutions in Supply Chain function.
• Generate and report analytics on adoption of the IT solutions and value realization through the same.
• Work with the business leadership to implement governance of the IT solution adoption to ensure high adoption of the solution.
• Manage a team of external IT consultants who will be managing the application in Business As Usual mode. Ensure the support team is meeting the service SLAs.
• Work with the business stakeholders and external consultants in getting the required enhancements rolled out in Kinaxis Rapid Response / Maestro.
• Partner with business leaders/stakeholders to identify process gaps, improvement opportunities and innovation opportunities in supply chain function.
• Ideate the digital/ IT solution intervention, create solution roadmap and get the business case approved.
• Work with internal IT team/ external partners / implementation Partners for rollout of the IT solutions.
• Work closely with IT development, testing, and support teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of applications and enhancements.
• Collaborate with the business team to create and validate the IT solution.
• Act as a change champion by facilitating user adoption, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth rollout of new digital tools.
• Support data-driven decision making by enabling reporting, dashboards, and analytics tailored for supply chain leaders.

Key responsibilities

The candidate has to bring in supply chain domain expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical IT solutions. The role requires a combination of consulting mindset, analytical acumen, and execution excellence to ensure that IT continues to be a true enabler for business growth.

• Understanding of Demand planning, Supply planning / Rough Cut Capacity Planning and Sales and Operation Planning process
• Experience of working on the advance planning solutions like Kinaxis Maestro/ SAP APO/ SAP IBP / O9
• Experience of working on reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau and data warehousing tools like BW
• Understanding/Experience of working on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes

Educational Qualification

MBA or Post-Graduation in Business / IT / Supply Chain (preferred) or

BE / B. Technology with 10+ years of work experience in Supply chain
