Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse consultant to lead end-to-end supply chain planning implementations, configurations, and optimizations. The role focuses on Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP with hands-on data integration and SQL-driven troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification is preferred.
• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or FMCG.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Kinaxis configurations.
• Design and implement Supply Chain Planning solutions including Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP.
• Configure and customize Kinaxis data models, control sets, worksheets, dashboards, and repositories.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Kinaxis and external systems (ERP, APS, etc).
• Perform data validation, testing (UAT), and deployment support.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Provide functional and technical leadership to project teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices for Kinaxis implementations.
