Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Rapid Response Consultant to join our Supply Chain Planning team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Kinaxis Rapid Response solutions, with a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP.

This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance through advanced scenario modeling, analytics, and process automation within the Rapid Response platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.
• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define planning processes, and deliver scalable Rapid Response solutions.
• Develop workbooks, dashboards, scorecards, and alerts to support business decision-making.
• Perform data validation, model tuning, and performance optimization to ensure system accuracy and efficiency.
• Support simulation, what-if analysis, and scenario planning to enable proactive supply chain decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement best practices and continuous improvements.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Drive change management initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Kinaxis Rapid Response implementation and support.
• Proven expertise in one or more Rapid Response modules: Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP or Inventory Management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including MRP, capacity planning, order fulfillment, and lead-time management.
• Experience in data integration and ETL processes between Rapid Response and ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA preferred).
• Proficiency in authoring workbooks, creating dashboards, and building analytics in Rapid Response.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in working with global stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality solutions.
