Position: US IT Recruiter (Staffing)

Location: Kolkata

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Understand US employment terms: W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.
2. Prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.
3. Fair understanding & skilled in researching various IT domains and technologies to understand IT requirements & formulate technical questions for screening.
4. Ability to work without supervision in a home office setting without distractions & background noise.
5. Must be a team player.
6. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
7. Attitude to find answers and solutions.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel & Word.
9. Excellent organizational skills.
10. Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
